Well hello everyone. No, I didn't drop off the face of the earth. We have been very busy getting our house ready to sell. The landscaper was here on Sunday since the weather was good. Anyone looking for a 3 bedrm/2 bathrm home with a finished basement, rec room and office all on one acre in beautiful middle TN??? It's an easy commute to Franklin, Brentwood or Nashville, great neighborhood, best county, etc.
Anyway, I just made my appointment with Dr. Asa Andrew for May 29th. Being so far out, it will give my body time to rest from the supplements Dr. Mercola had me on. Right now, my blood sugars are higher than they have been in over a year. I have hurt the back of my knee so that has wiped out Jazzercise for me for at least a month. Plus, we have been eating out way too much since we are always in the Franklin area. It gives me no time to plan meals. I think the lack of exercise, meal planning and the extra stress of selling a house in a soft market is contributing to the high blood sugar. It's very frustrating.
Other than that, I just keep praying and hoping. There's not much else I can do. I hope I can get more questions answered from Dr. Asa than I did from Dr. Mercola's office. At least he is local so I can go into the office and bug the heck out of them if I have to!

Glad to hear from you--I had a BAD experience w/ the business office of Mercola! Enough to make me not want to go back. I hope the this new Doc can get you figured out w/ a plan that can keep your bs LOWER!
I was wondering how your appointment w/Dr. Andrew went. My sister is taking my nephew in July. I wanted to see how good he was.
I have an appointment at Dr. Asa's clinic this afternoon. Will check back and let you know how it goes.
