HAPPY THANKSGIVING! & a quick update

Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving. Despite dealing with a disease that affects so much of my life, I am thankful that I can still find things to be thankful about. It's a tough journey trying to get well sometimes, but with the support of family, friends and a wonderful Saviour I am getting through it and I am thankful. It's not always perfect or pretty, but my hopes are still very much alive.

Quick update: I've been to Dr. Asa twice since my last post. I am feeling so much better since taking the female balance. My emotions have leveled off so much so that the PMS type symptoms are 95% gone. I really feel like a new person and it is a wonderful feeling. The last time I went, Dr. Asa said that everything checked out really well, except my immune system is down. I have been fighting a cough and cold so that made sense. Thankfully I feel like I'm almost over all of that. My oldest daughter is almost over cough as well.

My youngest daughter's behavior has improved considerably since starting her on Phase 1 of Dr. Asa's food plan. However, we think she got a spider bite on her leg, which now seems to be infected. We are watching it closely and may be taking her to the dr. on Monday if we don't see some improvement soon.

My son's rash came back on his back of all places. Dr. Asa said to take him off the cod liver oil to see if that makes a difference. It was getting better and the only thing that changed was that I started him on the Foundational Four, which is probiotics, enzymes, a multi vitamin and the cod liver oil.

That's about all the news for now. I hope you all have a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

Debbie
