Hi Everyone,
I forgot to mention in my last post that Dr. Asa muscle tested me on cinnamon and Metformin. Interestingly enough, they both seemed to strengthen my body EQUALLY. So, that is pretty exciting news that I can possibly take cinnamon instead of Metformin, which can harm my liver.
Yesterday I saw Dr. Karen and mentioned that I was getting some lower abdominal pain. I was wondering if the cinnamon was doing this (and hoping it wasn't for obvious reasons!). She checked a couple of different things and discovered I had a problem between my intestines. I wish I knew the medical terms to describe what she did to fix it. Nonetheless, I'll do my best. She had me take two fingers and push down and to an angle near the spot where I was getting some pain. Then she rubbed a spot on my foot, which was sore(a little reflexology perhaps?) and then she rubbed a spot on my upper calf. Wow, did that spot really hurt! Then she rubbed a different spot near my shoulder. I haven't had any pain since. Whatever she did, it seems to have worked. It's amazing to me how truly interconnected the human body is. Now let's see if mine will fully heal itself! Still praying, trusting in God with my future, and hoping for the best, even though it's been a struggle lately.
Have a great week!

that's very interesting!!
I found your blog while looking for reviews of Karol Truman's book. While recovering from hip surgery I watched Know the Cause on Christian TV. The website is knowthecause.com and Doug Kaufmann is convinced that diabetes is a fungal issue. I thought I'd share this with you (you don't have to post this comment) to help you in your journey with something I learned in mine. :-)
Thank you, Tanya, I will look into Doug Kaufmann.
